Super crowded.This was before COVID pandemic. The wing with the Dutch masters was closed. No information whatsoever about which wings are closed in which timeframe.

We have been to the Louve many times before Covid but this was the first time after Covid so it was noticeably more crowded. We booked tickets for 9:30 and the lines were not long to go through security. Going through the rooms was very manageable but noticed as the day progressed, there were considerably more people. When we left around noon, the lines for security were extremely long.

Get there 10 mins prior to your booked time or the que is very long the que for pre book is longer than the que to get tickets there on the day
