What can you say about the Louvre. The Mona Lisa was much smaller than I imagined.
I would suggest getting tickets to a guided tour. It will take you to the highlights and save lots of time and save you more time in avoiding the long lines.. You could spend a week at this musuem. Long line at the Mona Lisa but you can get a good angled view without waiting on line.
we are very glad we had the opportunity to see this museum. If you take a tour, you can stay as long as you like after the tour.

Except for all the idiots just there for selfies not even looking at the art it was amazing! It was more than I ever thought it would be!
