I think everyone knows about the Louvre. It has a collection of great art from most of Europe. Including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, Winged Victory. In addition to paintings and sculpture there are the crown jewels of France, rooms from Napoleon III. One can spend days here, so plan to allot a full day, or come back for several days.

We visited this no problems. Pre book you time slot and do not be put off by the line it moves quickly and you get in no problem. Well worth a visit.
