I attended the Da Vinci Exhibition which was outstanding. Then I toured the newly opened basement where you can see the original walls of the fortified palace, that is worth a look.

Be careful about the strikes; eventhough it may seem absurd it would be beneficial to read about them before going to the museum. Especially for early tickets (09:00-09:45) you may have to wait outside. It is always worth the price to book a ticket online even in offseason. Dont forget to ask for the online ticket line!

Overall I loved it, but I was a little disappointed that some of the exhibits that I wanted to see were closed.
