First is rating. Louvre and Leonardo da Vinci are the most significant examples of the highest achievements of humankind and our civilization, thus anything lower than 5 stars would be outright ridiculous. Now to the particular exhibition. We have been to Louvre several times before and were anticipating eagerly such a resonant event, a seminal cultural milestone dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the master's death.
On this trip I went to the louvre twice. I wanted to see the limited Da Vinci exhibit - Which required it’s own separate tickets for admission. It’s always a joy to be able to explore and see so much beauty in one place. It never gets old. A must see.
Been to Paris before many times but never got around to visiting the Louvre. Made it this time. Awesome, need to spend a couple of days to take it all in. Only criticism is that the signage could have been better.
