The Louvre is enormous so you have to plan for what is the most important art to see. The Mona Lisa is always really crowded and honestly not worth it
For anyone that appreciates art and history be sure to spend at least a full day here - and it won't be enough. There's a lot of walking, but so worth it.
I've seen very few places that are so minimalist and impressive. Even someone who is not very interested in art can understand that the acoustic architecture is truly incredible and worth seeing. If you watch when the sun goes down, you will see in more detail how the museum shines with the sun and how the light is refracted when it is reflected in the museum.
